Conditions for returning goods
According to the Law on Consumer Rights Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods by informing the seller in writing (by e-mail).
However, please note that:
According to hygiene and health regulations, cosmetics, hygiene and personal care products (e.g. press-on nails) cannot be returned if they have been unpacked or used.

Returns are only possible if:
• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• The buyer has proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, order confirmation)
• The product is of inadequate quality (e.g., manufacturing defect)

Non-returnable items:
• Used or unpackaged press-on nail products
• Products that have been damaged due to improper use
• Custom-made kits (if offered)
